Are Your Goals SMART Enough for Success?
This is a learning module that teaches the learner the process of writing a SMART goal that can be applied to both personal and professional goals. The module is interactive and the learner demonstrates understanding by creating a SMART goal to conclude the lesson.
This project was designed after a needs analysis for teachers and support staff to understand writing a SMART goal for their yearly observations was voiced from administration at a Texas school.

Volunteer Infographic and E-Learning Course

This project includes an infographic and e-learning module for new volunteers at a Humane Society animal facility. One of the tasks the volunteers help with is to walk the dogs while enforcing good manners.
I developed a digital orientation activity to be included in a dog behaviour facilitator and volunteer handbook to help volunteer dog walkers learn to reinforce good behavior when approaching a kennel for a walk.

M. Ed. Capstone Project
This project was completed with the research and analysis as the focus of my Capstone. I have completed a needs analysis, learner analysis, performed an active research study with live participants, a data analysis, and plan for implementation. I also created a visual storyboard using Powerpoint.
